Enter the Patuxent River on the western side of the Chesapeake Bay. Travel about three miles and turn to starboard between red 6 and red 6A. Follow the marked channel into Back Creek. Dock at the marina of your choice or anchor in a suitable location. Several dinghy docks are available for a small fee including Zahniser’s Marina ($3), Holiday Inn Marina ($2), and Calvert Museum (Free). Depending on where you dock or land your dinghy you can walk or bicycle to the clinic.
